Saloni is a Partner at Flatiron Search Partners. She brings more than 18 years of search expertise, having worked with some of the most recognizable names in the Fashion, Beauty, Personal Care, and Lifestyle sectors globally. She specializes in CEO/President along with Marketing, Digital and Commercial leadership roles.

Prior to joining Flatiron Search Partners, Saloni was a Partner at True Search in their Consumer Practice. She also spent time at COTY, a global beauty conglomerate, where she led the talent acquisition and global leadership search function. In addition, she worked at Gap Inc., where she led the talent function for their luxury retail subsidiary, Intermix, as well as 24Seven, another reputable search firm.

Saloni holds a dual bachelor’s degree in English literature and Economics from Pace University and lives in New Jersey with her husband and twins.
