Laura Englander is a Director at Flatiron Search Partners. She has 16 years of professional experience in both sales and customer success, with the last 6 years spent focused on both strategy and enterprise sales at high-growth consumer tech companies.
Laura began partnering closely with executives in her role as National Sales Lead at Caviar, a premium food delivery service, where she led both the strategy and execution of selling to, onboarding, and managing the nation's top restaurant brands. Following Caviar's acquisition by DoorDash, the number one food delivery company in the US, Laura became the Director of Merchant Strategy & Operations, where her team was responsible for improving the acquisition and retention of merchants. Throughout her career, she has also built out teams and sat on hundreds of interview panels to hire direct reports, peers, and leaders.
All of this experience led her from operating to executive recruiting, where she is able to combine her experience in sales, strategy, and team/relationship building at high-growth brands.
Laura earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Neuroscience and Behavioral Biology from Emory University in Atlanta, GA. Originally from Boston, MA, she has lived in NYC for 16 years (though still has a love for all things Massachusetts!) and enjoys everything the city has to offer, especially restaurants and Broadway. She also has a deep passion for travel and is always looking to add new countries to her roster.
