Kaitlyn Ardis

Kaitlyn Ardis is an Associate Director at Flatiron Search Partners. Most recently, she led in-house talent acquisition efforts and stakeholder management in CPG and luxury retail industries at Sabra Dipping Company and Neiman Marcus Group, where she spearheaded corporate, manufacturing, and retail recruitment across all levels, including executive recruiting.

Prior to that, she worked as an in-house Talent Acquisition Manager at the CPG brand, The Vita Coco Company, where she recruited across a variety of functions, including Sales, Marketing, e-Commerce, Human Resources, IT, R&D, Supply Chain, and Finance.

Kaitlyn earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Human Resources Management and Psychology from Rutgers University-New Brunswick. Growing up playing soccer for 21 years shaped her love for staying active and fitness today. She treasures spending time with her family, fiancé, and nephew - she is a proud aunt! She also has a love for reading, skiing, and crafting beautiful charcuterie boards.
