Jessica specializes in supporting executive placements for high-growth, venture-capital, and private-equity-backed companies, particularly within the beauty, wellness, personal care, and better-for-you food and beverage sectors.
In her role, she collaborates with CEOs, leadership teams, and Boards of high-growth, VC/PE-backed companies such as Vital Proteins, Bloom Nutrition, Cocokind, Olly, and Pacifica, helping to identify and fill key roles across the leadership spectrum.
Prior to joining FSP, Jessica was Vice President of Client Strategy at ForceBrands, where she held multiple leadership roles, progressively advancing from Client Strategist to Sr. Director and, ultimately, Vice President. During her tenure, Jessica spearheaded the development of the beauty division, ultimately leading the entire business development and client strategy organization.
