Jasmine Moir Firchau is a Partner at Flatiron Search Partners. Prior to joining FSP, Jasmine spent 15 years building high-performing teams for early-stage startups and beloved consumer brands.
Jasmine leverages her breadth of expertise in marketing and communications across technology, media, retail, and health and wellness verticals. Her past roles have included Vice President at award-winning San Francisco communications firm LaunchSquad, where she led launch strategies for high-growth venture-backed companies such as Allbirds, Bungalow, and Woebot; Head of Communications at luxury retail brand Frank & Eileen; and Executive Editor of digital content teams at Conde Nast, Equinox, Martha Stewart Living, and DailyCandy.
Jasmine has a B.A. from UC Berkeley and an M.A. in Rhetoric and Communications from the University of Washington. After living in New York, San Francisco, Los Angeles, and Seattle, she recently returned to her hometown, Boulder, CO, with her husband, two kids, and rescue pup.
