Christina is a Partner and Co-Head of the Finance Officers Practice at Flatiron Search Partners, specializing in CFO, VP/Director, and Controller searches. She works closely with high-growth consumer businesses at all stages, with a particular focus on private equity-backed companies.
Prior to joining Flatiron Search Partners, Christina was a Partner at True Search, where she played a pivotal role in building the Finance Practice for consumer-focused brands. She also served as Director of Business Development at Martens & Heads, leading executive searches for premier beauty, fashion, and lifestyle brands. Christina began her search career in the Financial Officers Practice at CTPartners and in Human Capital Management at Goldman Sachs.
Christina holds a Bachelor of Arts in English from Wesleyan University and is a graduate of Phillips Exeter Academy. She lives in Connecticut with her husband and three children.
